  • Dibba Express provides a subscription-based tiffin service for school children aged 3 to 17 years. Our service includes delivering nutritious meals directly to associated schools within an 8 km radius of our central kitchen.
  1. Subscription Plans:
  • Customers can choose from various subscription plans based on their child’s age and meal preferences. These plans are customizable, and you may select options like brunch, breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks.
  1. Payments:
  • Payments for subscriptions must be made in advance. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
  1. Meal Customization:
  • While we strive to accommodate special dietary needs (e.g., allergies, hypersensitivity), customization is subject to availability and must be communicated at the time of subscription.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds:
  1. Delivery:
  • Meals are delivered daily to the schools associated with Dibba Express. Our Delivery Policy outlines the delivery process and timeframes.
  1. Changes to Subscription:
  • Any changes to the subscription plan (e.g., meal types, quantity) must be communicated at least 12 hours in advance to take effect.
  1. Liability:
  • While we ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, Dibba Express is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or special dietary requirements.
